All items are carefully packed before handed over to their respective couriers. Exchanges are accepted and should be done so within 3 days upon receipt of items with investigation from our team; provided that items are in their best condition, and unused.
If some items are damaged upon receipt please send clear photo/s as proof via Viber and WhatsApp with your complete info, courier involved, and concern.
Clients shall be responsible of shipping costs on all exchange items. Custom made candles/scents cannot be returned and can only be refunded by 50% of its cost.
